Sandbags are without a doubt one of the most underutilized implements in strength and fitness. This one can go up to 40 pounds and is the bag Dr. Marv personally uses.

Easiest way to make your barbell a landmine similar to what we have setup in office – super versatile with a variety of whole body training options.
We find this helpful for folks with pain from bunions (do your exercises we gave you too!).
MUSICOZY SLEEP SHADE (w/ bluetooth headphones)
This is something Dr. Marv uses to dramatically improve sleep quality. He recommends listening to a pure delta wave binaural beat track which is associated with deeper stages of sleep.
Putting this on once sun goes down helps with falling asleep as the blue light spectrum from artificial light sources simulates sunlight which delays your body’s natural release of melatonin (essentially a sleep hormone in simplified terms).
We are HUGE fans of vibration in office and this is a solid entry level massage gun for personal use.
